Terms of Sale:
All items offered for sale by us are sourced from Private Estates, Estate Liquidations or Private Individual Collections. As such, items may have wear and imperfections due to age and use. We do our best to point out any imperfections that we notice, but things can be overlooked. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, so please bring any issues to our attention prior to leaving feedback. We will do our best to make your shopping experience with us a great one. We love return customers!

What is the return policy?
Deweytiques likes happy customers ! We usually will accept a return of an item if the item was misrepresented by us or there is a defect that we missed or was overlooked. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is an issue with an item. We will do our best to correct the situation and make things right for you.
What are the shipping options?
Deweytiques, primarily uses USPS Priority and First Class Mail for shipments. We ship on a regular basis, usually within 1-2 business days of order being received. An order received on a Friday will usually ship on the following Monday, unless there is a postal holiday. Items of high value are shipped with full insurance and require delivery confirmation and an adult signature.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
At the present time, Deweytiques DOES NOT Ship outside the United States ( USA ). This decision was not made lightly, but customs charges and shipping costs are very expensive. If you are viewing an item and wish to purchase, please have the item shipped to a US based address. International addressed shipping for purchases will be canceled and re-listed.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please allow one week in general for delivery of your item in most cases. Usually it will be much faster Than that, but the mail can be trying at times. Should your package not arrive within one week, please contact us at: support@deweytiques.com. We will put a trace on the package and offer a Full Refund of purchase if desired.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Deweytiques purchases estate items. As such, items may have normal ware and marking from age and use over the years. We try to be very selective in our purchases to bring you only the best quality pieces, but everyone can have different expectations. Please keep this in mind when purchasing or bidding on an item as we are only human. Deweytiques wants happy customers, so please contact us within 3 business days of delivery if something does not meet your satisfaction. We will do our best to correct the situation and provide an acceptable solution.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you have placed an order with us and need to change quantity or add addition items, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. We usually ship very quickly and this will save you on additional shipping costs.
Where are you located?
We are located in South Eastern Pennsylvania. We currently DO NOT utilize a storefront as we like to keep overhead low in order to offer our customers the best possible prices. We can be found on several different online selling venues.EBAY, ETSY, POSHMARK, Etc.
